Peri-MenoPause
The period before Menopause, which can start in the 40's and typically lasts between 4 and 7 years although for some can last up to 12 years. We will take a deeper look into this chapter of a woman's life.

The period when you have not had a period for 12 months is known as Meno (meaning your Menstrual Cycle) and Pause (when it stops)
